In the event the prize has not been received by the winner within 120 days, is to email Jackson’s African Safaris (Pty) Ltd. for follow up ([email protected]). Jackson’s African Safaris (Pty) Ltd will put forth reasonable attempts in order to check on details regarding prize fulfillment. Should more than 180 days have lapsed before the winner contacts Jackson’s African Safaris (Pty) Ltd about not receiving a prize, then Jackson’s African Safaris (Pty) Ltd will not follow up with the Sponsor and is not liable. The winner forgoes any prizes after 180 days without follow up.
